Our summer floral internship is designed for creative, motivated individuals who are eager to learn the behind-the-scenes realities of floral design and event floristry. From building recipes, flower processing, and backend work to event day execution.
This is a hands-on, immersive experience working alongside our team during the 2026 event season.

Requirements
Availability during Summer 2026 (May–August), including early mornings and weekends
Reliable transportation to studio and event locations
Ability to lift buckets, stand for long periods, and work in a physical environment
Comfort working in fast-paced, time-sensitive situations
Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow direction
A positive attitude and openness to feedback
Reliability, punctuality, and clear communication
Willingness to assist with both creative and logistical tasks
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Completion of application, including written questions and video submission
Compensation Structure
This internship is structured as a hybrid educational experience. Interns will receive up to 10 hours per week of unpaid, mentorship-focused training, centered on learning, observation, and skill development.
Any hours worked beyond the initial 10 hours per week will be paid at minimum wage, in accordance with state and federal labor guidelines. Paid hours may include additional event support, extended installation days, or operational assistance based on scheduling needs and intern availability.
All hours will be clearly communicated in advance, and interns will never be expected to exceed unpaid hours without prior agreement.

Submit a Short Video Introduction
Applicants are required to submit a 4-5 minute video introducing themselves. This video helps us get to know your personality, communication style, and interest in floristry. (No professional filming or editing required. Authenticity encouraged.) Instructions for the video submission can be found at the bottom of this page.

You’re welcome to include a portfolio, website, or Instagram account if you have one, but this is not required.
Submit by the Deadline
The application form and video must be submitted by March 1st, 2026. Selected applicants will be contacted that week for a brief interview.
